...the holidays, that is.
As always, we were going to do so much, but the time has gone so fast (probably the same place as the sun) I feel like I'm going to meet myself coming back the other way!
So much has happened the last few weeks. I've hardly studied at all as my head is still full of it all. (I did get an assignment in the other night though- with 1 hour and 9 minutes to spare!) My love disappointment, which still upsets me greatly, but it is a situation which is on an even keel and doesn't seem to have trashed a friendship. I just wish with all my heart that things could be different.
Seeing my mum and brother again after 7 years was just the greatest, and we've kept in touch properly this time which means a great deal to me.
Just before T4 I felt that everything was hopeless, no one gave a flying f*** (fig!) and that surely there must be more than this, but that there probably wasn't and that was that! My lot, mate.

Then a quite amazing, life-changing event happened (AND I came home to 2 completely unexpected puppies! and a blog award) but I will have to leave you dangling there, as I can't really elaborate here. But suffice to say that it is all good and softens the edges a bit!
Anyway, before it started piddling it down again we did manage to have a couple of nice days at the beach...

...but it seems like such a long time ago now.
I wish life had a 'slow play' button for the good bits and a 'f-forward' one for the crap!

Time usually flies when you're having fun. Lovely beach picture.

Yes, I wish you could slow play the holidays. I've been counting how many days we have left and it's going too fast, there are not enough.
I have 2 things to say now....
1.Which beautiful Cornish beach is that?!
And 2. you can't just leave us dangling like that! Although I'm glad whatever it was was good!
It is Trebarwith near Tintagel
What a great idea to have fast forward or slow playing moments! I've always had vivid film-type memories of particular moments in life, but they do fade with time..
